Publications
A weekly Newsletter is sent home with each student to their family with information about a wide variety of School events and issues. Boarder families receive their Newsletter through the post. This Newsletter can also sent by email to parents who request an electronic version allowing the convenience of the Newsletter on the Desktop. The Newsletters for the current term are also stored on the schools intranet Ravenswood Learning Community (RLC).
Semper ad meliora is the Ravenswood biannual glossy newsletter which is distributed to future, current and past families, Old Girls and friends of the School. This attractive publication presents a range of articles of interest to all our community. The Flame, the magazine of the Ravenswood Old Girls’ Union, is contained within the Semper.
Nuntius (the Messenger) is the Schools’ yearbook that is published annually. Students’ photographs, work and achievements throughout each year are featured in this publication which takes an all-encompassing look at school life and the activities of the whole School community here at Ravenswood.
As part of the schools financial and educational accountability, Ravenswood has submitted the 2007 Annual Report to the NSW Board of Studies.
Senior Students are kept in touch with important information regarding career decision making and opportunities through publications such as the Careers Newsletter produced by our Careers Counsellor which is available on the Ravenswood Intranet.
