Eight Ravenswood students have excelled in two public speaking competitions held in Brisbane over the holidays.

Year 10 student, Clare, won the Australian Speakfest competition, taking home the 2017 Naomi Williams Perpetual Trophy.

Year 10 students Clare and Hannah, came ninth and tenth respectively in the Individual Debating and Public Speaking Championships (AIDPSC). They have now qualified for the international stage of the competition in Cape Town, South Africa next year.
