Around 50 Ravenswood students participated in the first of regular fortnightly sewing workshops in partnership with the Ryde branch of the charity Days For Girls. The education of more than 60 million young women around the world is significantly impacted by a lack of access to sanitary products. Ravenswood’s student-led Days for Girls project organises students from across the Secondary School to produce sanitary items for distribution to young women in disadvantaged communities.
