Ravenswood’s new Years 7–10 footballers have won their division in the AFL NSW Independent Girls' Schools Championships.

The school fielded two teams in the inaugural competition, made up of girls who in most cases had never played AFL before.

All Ravenswood participants trained with determination and enthusiasm over an intense six-week period.
