Gail Smith

I began as a classroom teacher in country NSW (Albury), then worked at Newington College Prep before a short time at home raising a family of four.
I returned to work as a full time classroom teacher (primary) working in Mt Druitt, the Northern Beaches, North Shore and finally Frenchs Forest.
I navigated my way into leadership positions as an assistant principal, then finally principal where I have been for the last 15 years.
I am a strong believer in ongoing learning in your chosen career and particularly enjoyed studying for my Masters in Educational Leadership at Macquarie University.
