Rachel is a career officer with the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, currently posted to Brussels, Belgium at the Australian Embassy and Mission to the European Union & NATO.
Rachel has prior experience at the Departments of Home Affairs and Prime Minister and Cabinet.
She has previously served overseas in China, speaks French and holds a Masters in International Law as well as a Bachelor of International Studies.
