We congratulate our Class of 2018 Higher School Certificate (HSC) and International Baccalaureate Diploma (IBDP) students on their excellent academic performance and pay tribute to the Ravenswood teaching staff who have supported them on their journey.

Ninety nine girls sat the HSC and 32 girls sat the IB in 2018, applying themselves with determination, maturity and focus. The School achieved a perfect IB score of45, which converts to an ATAR of 99.95. Forty four per cent of the Class of 2018, bothHSC and IB students, achieved an ATARabove 90. Furthermore, 28% of thecombined cohort achieved an ATAR of95 or above, an outstanding outcome fora proudly non-selective school.

In the HSC, Ravenswood achieved a place inthe Top Achievers list (top ten of theState) with a First in Course for Textilesand Design. Fifty-three Ravenswoodgirls were placed on the DistinguishedAchievers list, with 134 mentionsbetween them. We also achieved thirteennominations for student showcases. Of the thirty two Ravenswood girls who sat the IB, five attained ATARs above99 and 61% achieved an ATARover 90.
