Congratulations to Year 10 student Emily who came second in the national U17 100m hurdles at the Australian Athletics Championships at Sydney Olympic Park. The race winner was only 0.25 seconds off the meet record, making the race exceptionally fast. Well done also to Year 11 student Gemma who made her debut at the national competition in the hammer throw event. Gemma is new to the sport and we look forward to what the future holds for her.
