Strength & Conditioning
Add to FavouritesStudents in Years 7–12 have access to the Strength and Conditioning Centre (SCC) before and after school during term time. All students have a fitness assessment and programs are designed to improve their physical condition in line with their personal goals. All sessions are fully supervised by qualified staff.
Free group exercise classes provide an opportunity for all Secondary School students to participate in a fun and motivating environment with
a qualified instructor, to push their limits.
Classes include: Boot Camp, Athletics and Cross Country training sessions, ABT (abs, butts and thighs), Super Strong, HIIT (High Intensity
Interval Training) and Tabata—HIIT training in intervals of 20 seconds with 10 second breaks that add up to four minute bursts.
