Two Ravenswood dancers were selected for life-changing ballet opportunities over the holiday break. Emma (Year 8) attended the Royal Ballet School’s Spring Intensive Program in London, staying in the ‘White Lodge,’ dancing for six hours a day and experiencing a taste of life as a professional dancer.

Sophie (Year 9) was one of few students selected to sharpen her ballet skills at the prestigious Australian Ballet School 2018 Invitee program in Melbourne. The honour was just one of many opportunities Sophie has received of late, including participating in the Senior Elite Transition program with former Australian Ballet prima ballerina, Lucinda Dunn and representing NSW in the Rhythmic Gymnastics National Junior Squad.
