Year 12 student Ellie Marks’ softball career continues to build with the announcement of her promotion to Captain of the U17 NSW Women’s Softball Team. Ellie has been playing softball since the age of nine, working her way up the ranks to represent Australia at the Pan Pacific Games in 2017. ‘Competing at the Pacific School Games was an incredible experience. Being able to play against countries like India and the Philippines was so amazing. Serving as Being Captain of the NSW State Team was an honour and a privilege I will never forget, being able to represent My state with an amazing bunch of girls was so rewarding,’ Ellie says.
