Ravenswood Principal Mrs Anne Johnstone, has been recognised for the second consecutive year on The Educator Hot List.
This list, which is in its ninth year, recognises educators who represent the cutting edge of educational excellence in Australia. Nominations from across the country were evaluated based on their overall impact, work and achievements in the K-12 education sector over the past 12 months. The List identifies educators who are linking theory and practice, and designing and implementing innovations that offer students high-quality educational experiences.
Mrs Johnstone was recognised for her pioneering leadership in education, especially in Positive Education and wellbeing where she has shared research, best practices and innovations with educational organisations and communities locally, nationally and globally.
Mrs Johnstone says, ‘We are committed to offering a holistic education at Ravenswood that equips and empowers our young people to build their wellbeing and that of others around them while understanding how to optimise their learning and become the best versions of themselves. I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to serve as a school principal with the most inspirational students, staff and community members.’
